Detailing the moment, Smith explained, “I just happened to have my phone on me at the time he was in timeout and took the picture.” According to Smith, Peyton, her son, had a moment of frustration and ended up hitting his 3-year-old sister, Ryleigh. Consequently, they needed to be separated, and Peyton was given the option to either go to his room or take a timeout. He chose the latter.
